First Interstate Arena Rules
First Interstate Arena has some of the hottest concerts, shows, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.
Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy
ADA-approved seating and accommodations may be available upon request. Please contact the venue at your earliest convenience so they can help you with your specialized needs.

Animals Policy
With the exception of service animals and animals that are a part of an exhibit or show, animals or pets are not permitted in MetraPark’s Facilities. Please do not leave animals unattended or tied to your vehicle. For their safety, animals may be removed from the premises by animal control officers and impounded.

Camera, Video Camera, and Recording device policies vary by event. Please contact the venue to ask about your upcoming event.
COVID-19 Related Policy

Lost and Found Policy
Lost and found items are located in the box office. Please call 406.256.2400 for more information on claiming lost and found items.

- Cans
- Bottles
- Coolers
- Thermoses
- Backpacks
- Large bags (gym, duffel, and tote)
- Luggage
- Strollers
- Laser pointers
- Flags
- Noisemakers
- Weapons
- Balloons
- Gifts
- Flowers
- Beach balls
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
First Interstate Arena reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry/Entry Policy
Guests are not allowed to exit the building and return during the course of a single ticketed event in the First Interstate Arena. Specific events may allow an exception to the policy and allow guests to exit and re-enter the facility.
Refund Policy
MetraPark is contracted by the promoter/presenter of the event/show to act as ticketing agent for the convenience of ticket buyers and the promoter/presenter. MetraPark Box Office acts in accordance with the terms of the ticketing agent agreement.
Tickets to events at MetraPark are sold with no right to refund or exchange.
In the case of an event/show cancelation, tickets are eligible for refunds less purchasing fees. These fees may include credit card, convenience, handling, and per order fees. Check the event page for the specific show for additional information.
Smoking Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of MetraPark’s facilities. The First Interstate Arena does provide a designated outdoor smoking area.
